The Baker Method teachers training course is fully comprehensive course, providing 30 hours of in-studio lectures delivered over three months alongside access to comprehensive online video tutorials, manual and an annually updated syllabus. Carefully structured to equip trainees with everything needed to teach from beginner to Intermediate 1, the programme covers anatomy, safe spotting techniques, studio setup, class structure, progression planning, injury prevention and much more, ensuring graduates are confident, skilled and fully compliant with professional standards. Structured syllabus

The Baker method syllabus is clearly separated into 6 levels: Beginner, level 2, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, Advanced and Elite. The syllabus follows a clear path in progressions and regressions as well as a considerate amount of detailed instruction. The syllabus is updated regularly and is constantly evolving as the industry does.

In person lectures

30 hours of in person lectures covering the manual content in further detail as well as extra important content. Phone in video calls to partake in theory lectures is possible upon request. Practical lectures MUST be attended live.
